RICHARD L. DARLIN is wanted by the New York State Police in Oneonta for stealing property while staying at a residence on Mills Creek Road in Otego this March, 2014. The property consisted of a car, power tools, coins, cash and more. On April 16, 2014, the Town of Otego Court issued a warrant for his arrest.

During the course of the trooper’s investigation it was determined that Young was intoxicated.
