THE SILO WELCOMES CHEF DANIEL ROSATI, APRIL 1 – 2, 2017


NEW MILFORD, CT –  Chef Rosati, one of America’s most respected culinary instructors, comes to The Silo for a weekend of culinary creativity from Saturday, April 1 through Sunday, April 2nd.

 

When he’s not busy at The Silo, Chef Rosati teaches at numerous venues including The Institute of Culinary Education in New York. From 1989 – 2008 Daniel taught at The New School University in New York where he developed adult recreational and intensive certificate programs including the first Master Class in Regional Italian Cooking and the Master Class in Artisan Bread Baking.

 

While his expertise is in regional Italian cooking, Daniel is also proficient in pastry arts and other ethnic cuisines, including Thai, Greek, Lebanese, Spanish, Portuguese and Moroccan.

 

Daniel invites you to join him in these full participation classes at the Silo Cooking School:

 

  • Saturday, April 1, Holiday Easter Feast, 11:00-2:30, $110 pp
  • Saturday, April 1, Zing into Spring Dinner, 6:00 – 9:30, $110 pp
  • Sunday, April 2, Phyllo Pastry Workshop, 10:00 – 1:30, $85 pp
