State Police Haverstraw arrest a man for Public Lewdness

On March 8, 2017 the New York State Police in Haverstraw arrested a Rudy ESTEVEZ, age 28, from Garnerville, NY for Public Lewdness and Exposure of a Person.
ESTEVEZ, while in his car and stopped at a stop light on State Route 32 in the Town of Woodbury, was observed masturbating by a female driver that was next to him. While engaged in the act, ESTEVEZ kept leaning over toward the passenger seat trying to get the female driver to look at him. A 911 call was placed by the complainant, and the suspect was stopped and arrested on the Palisades Parkway in the Town of Haverstraw by Troopers.
ESTEVEZ was arraigned in the Town of Woodbury Court where he posted $1000.00 bail and was released, due to reappear in court on March 14, 2017 at 6:00 pm
