Subsequent to an investigation conducted by Troopers from Cortlandt, it was discovered that Wooster met the victim at Walmart in Fishkill on March 3, 2017 in violation of an order of protection.  Wooster ordered the victim not to testify in an upcoming court case where he was arrested for assaulting her in February of 2017.  The defendant threatened to harm her and her child if she didn’t follow his orders.  Wooster later coerced the victim to sign a document stating that he did not injure her during the February domestic dispute.  Wooster was transported to SP Wappinger for arrest processing.

Wooster was arraigned in the Town of LaGrange Court before Town Justice Hayes.  The defendant was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond.  He was due to appear in the Town of Fishkill Court on March 7, 2017.
