SP Highland – Promoting Prison Contraband Arrest

On February 22, 2017 State Police at Highland charged NATHANIEL SHEPARD, age 37, with Promoting Prison Contraband in the First Degree, a Class D Felony and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, a Class D Felony.

Shepard was found to possess a modified razor type weapon while being incarcerated at the Shawangunk Correctional Facility.  Town of Shawangunk Town Justice Hon. Michael Voss ordered Shepard be produced to Shawangunk Court where he was processed, arraigned and return to Shawangunk Correctional Facility pending further court action.
