Cortlandt, New York – On March 6, 2015, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested David A. Sutton, 23 years old, of Cortlandt Manor, New York, for Theft of Services, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Sutton was arrested following a complaint received from a New York City cab driver. The livery operator stated that he provided Sutton a ride from John F.
