State Police search for runaway Cortlandt teen

**UPDATE**On February 14, 2017, 17-Year-old Samantha Lucero was located in Westchester County in good health. We would like to thank members of the public who searched for the missing teen.
State Police in Cortlandt are looking for Samantha Lucero, age 17, who ran away from her Cortlandt home in January of 2017. Lucero is believed to be staying with friends in the Westchester County area.
Cortlandt, New York – The New York State Police in Cortlandt are looking for Samantha Lucero, age 17, who ran away from her Cortlandt home in January of 2017. Lucero is believed to be staying with friends in the Westchester County area.A recent update received by police indicates that Lucero is in the Westchester County area, traveling in a gray 2014 BMW with a Hispanic male driver believed to be in his 20s. The BMW has a NY Registration of HBM 4746.
Lucero is a white female who is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. She has long red hair and brown eyes.
