State Police from Wappinger arrest Georgia man as fugitive from justice

Fishkill, New York – On February 8, 2017, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Wappinger barracks arrested Tyler Sinclair Scott, age 32, of Fishkill, New York, as a Fugitive from Justice.
Scott is an inmate at the Downstate Correctional Facility in Fishkill, New York. He was wanted on a Bench Warrant for a Violation of Probation from Cobb County, Georgia, stemming from Felony convictions for Aggravated Assault and Terroristic Threats.
Scott was arraigned in Dutchess County Court and remains incarcerated at the Downstate Correctional Facility pending extradition to Georgia.
The New York State Police were assisted by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision.
