Traffic stop leads to concentrated cannabis arrest.

On January 21, 2017 the New York State Police in Haverstraw arrested BRYAN MITKOWSKI  (23) of Pomona, NY for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree and unlawful possession of marijuana.  Mitkowski was operating a motor vehicle southbound on the Palisades Parkway in the Town of Haverstraw when he was stopped for vehicle and traffic law violations.  A quantity of marijuana and a bottle of concentrated cannabis oil were located in the vehicle.  He was arraigned in the Town of Haverstraw Court and released on his own recognizance pending a future court date.
