Three juveniles arrested following report of graffiti to former Lewisboro Elementary School grounds

Lewisboro, New York – The New York State Police in Somers, with the assistance of the Town of Lewisboro Police Department, have identified and arrested three juvenile subjects for Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree (a misdemeanor) in connection with an incident that was reported, on December 27, 2016, in which graffiti was discovered on playground equipment at the former Lewisboro Elementary School grounds.  The matter was referred to the Westchester County Family Court due to the subjects’ ages.
