Four Charged as Juvenile Delinquents in Greene County

PRESS RELEASE
On November 13, 2016, the New York State Police were called to a burglary complaint at a private residence in the Town of Durham. The investigation revealed that four juveniles had broken into the house and stole items from within. The four juveniles were identified as two males (ages 9 and 14) and two females (ages 12 and 14).  All four were charged as Juvenile Delinquents and issued Family Court Appearance Tickets to appear at the Greene County Probation Department on Wednesday, November 16, 2016. If they had been adults they would have been charged in Criminal Court on a charge of Burglary in the Second Degree. After being processed, they were released to their parents.
