PRESS RELEASE

On November 10, 2016, State Police in Middletown arrested Robyn Tauszky, age 39, of Port Jervis, New York. The arrest follows a complaint from the New York State Department of Labor that between May and November of 2013, Tauszky made false statements to the Department of Labor that he was unemployed, when in fact, he was gainfully employed by construction businesses in Westchester County and New York City. As a result of the false statements, Tauszky illegally received $3,544.00 in unemployment benefits. Tauszky was charged with one count of grand larceny in the third degree. He was arraigned in City of Port Jervis Court, and committed to Orange County Jail in lieu of bail pending a future court appearance.
