Lake Peekskill man arrested for charging building materials to former employer

Yorktown, New York – On October 25, 2016, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Jorge Granda, age 46, of Lake Peekskill, New York, for Falsifying Business Records in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony.

Troopers arrested Granda when an investigation revealed that he purchased building material at Interstate Lakeland Lumber in the Town of Yorktown and charged to materials to the account of a former employer.

Granda was issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Yorktown Court on November 1, 2016, at 7:00 P.M.
