State Police Wurtsboro arrest Jordan, NY resident for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance

On Sunday October 16, 2016, State Police at Wurstboro arrested AMANDA ROSETTI age 34 of Jordan, NY for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3^rddegree (B Felony) Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th degree, Criminal use of drug Paraphernalia 2^nd (both Class A Misdemeanors) and Criminal Possession of Marihuana 5^th degree (Class B Misdemeanor).  Arrest was the result of a suspicious vehicle complaint on State Route 17 where ROSETTI was found to possess approximately 332 hits of LSD along with Marihuana and MDMA (Ecstasy).   ROSETTI  was arraigned before Town of Mamakating Justice Cynthia Dolan and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of 15k cash 50k Bond.
