State Police arrest Durham man for drug charges

     On 10/11/2016 The New York State Police at Catskill arrested LANCE G. MOLTER, age 30, of Durham, NY on charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4^th degree (a class C felony), Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2^nd degree (a class A misdemeanor), and Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3^rd degree (an unclassified misdemeanor). MOLTER was stopped for vehicle and traffic violations in the Town of Catskill and was found to be in possession of a quantity of Ketamine. MOLTER was arraigned before Town of Catskill Justice Jacobs and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
