Dover Marihuana Grow Operation Seized

Dover, New York – On September 26, 2016, New York State Police from Dover Plains barracks arrested Joel Clements, age 32, of Dover, New York, for unlawful growing of cannabis, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Criminal Possession of Marihuana 2nd, a Class D Felony.
A State Trooper on patrol on East Duncan Hill Rd. in the Town of Dover observed the marihuana plants growing on Clements’ property. State Police seized over 100 marihuana plants growing on the property.
Clements was arraigned in Town of Dover Court and was released on his own recognizance and scheduled to reappear on October 17, 2016.
