State Police Arrest Grahamsville Man for Rape

PRESS RELEASE
On September 7, 2016 State Police at Liberty arrested Danile Luiso, age 19 of Grahamsville, NY after an investigation into an allegation of rape. An investigation determined that Luiso engaged in several sexual encounters with a 14 year old female during the month of August 2016.
Luiso was charged with two counts of Rape 2nd Degree and 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Act 2nd Degree, felonies. The charges are based upon the victim’s inability to consent and do not indicate force was used to commit the crime.
Luiso was arraigned in the Town of Fallsburg Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail with bail set at $50,000 cash.
