Blinkie is an adorable and very friendly 8 year old female mix at the Putnam Humane Society. She was adopted from PHS 5 years ago, and sadly returned to the shelter when her beloved owner passed away. Blinkie is a happy and outgoing girl who likes attention and would make a great companion.
