Important information regarding School Meals!
  •  The federal government has issued new nutrition standards for meals served to America’s schoolchildren, based on the Dietary Guidelines.  The new standards set strict regulations for portion sizes, yet offer a wide variety of different fruits, vegetables, proteins and grains.  We are always working to offer CCSD students healthier lunch meal choices.
  • School breakfast is available to all students each weekday morning!
  • Free & Reduced Lunch applications can be found in our school calendar on page 16. Please note that a new application is required every year.  Applications are due byOctober 19, 2016.
New Immunization Requirement: All children entering or attending 7th and 12th grades on or after September 1, 2016 must receive an adequate dose or doses of vaccine against meningococcal disease. Please contact your child’s physician for more information.
Reminder: If your child is MEDICALLY exempt from any or all immunizations, New York State requires a note EVERY YEAR from your child’s doctor explaining the reason for the medical exemption. Please return notes to your child’s school nurse in September.
