“The FRIENDS of the Pine Plains Library are pleased to present their first event of the 2016 Fall season.  Nutritional Therapist Jordan Schmidt of Remedy Farm and Nutrition will be giving a talk on “Eating Like Our Ancestors” and preparing some refreshments for us.  We will be getting a lesson on how traditional foodways can address modern ailments and how to bring these lessons into the kitchen.  This FREE event will be held on Sunday, September 25th at 2:00 p.m. in the Community Room above the library.  The Community Room is air conditioned and wheelchair accessible and we hope you will join us.”
