Middletown Troopers Announce Felony Arrest of Warwick Man

The New York State Police based in Middletown announce the arrest of Robert F. Salerno, age 46 of Warwick, New York for (4) counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd and (4) counts of Falsifying Business Records in the first degree.
The charges stemmed from Salerno’s activities in 2014 during his employment at an area financial services company.
Robert Salerno was arrested on August 14, 2016 for the above charges. Salerno was arraigned in the Town of Wallkill Court before Judge Patrick Owen. Salerno was then remanded to the custody of the Orange County Sheriff in lieu of $3,500 cash bail or $10,000 bond. Robert Salerno is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Wallkill Court on August 19th, 2016 at 2:00pm.
