State Police arrest Bethlehem woman for weapon charges

On July 27, 2016 the New York State Police at Catskill arrested Donna M. Wiley, age 58, of South Bethlehem, NY for three counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rdDegree, a Class D Felony and three counts of Criminal Sale of a Firearm in the 3rd Degree, also a Class D Felony.

A New York State Police investigation found that Wiley, who is a convicted felon, possessed and unlawfully sold three handguns to an individual residing in Plattsburgh, NY.

Wiley was arraigned on the charges by the Town of Coxsackie Justice Wanda Dorpfeld and the subject was released after posting a $10,000.00 bond. Wiley was ordered to appear in the Town of Coxsackie Court at a later date.?

Uniformed members of the New York State Police in Plattsburg, NY and the Troop B Gun Investigation Unit assisted in the investigation.
