Walden Man Arrested for Forcible Touching

The New York State Police in Montgomery announce the arrest of David L. Matos, age 22, of Walden, NY for Criminal Sexual Act 3rd, a class E Felony and Forcible Touching, a class A Misdemeanor.

The investigation revealed that Mr. Matos did subject a female victim to inappropriate and unwanted sexual contact while she was sleeping.

Mr. Matos was issued an appearance ticket and is to return to the Village of Walden Court on August 10, 2016 at 3:00pm.
