State Police arrest Shandaken woman for Falsifying Business Records and other charges

On July 14th, 2016 the New York State Police arrested TONYA L. DELCASTILLO, age 42, of Shandaken, N.Y. for three counts of Falsifying Business Records 1st degree, an E Felony, and three counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the 2nd degree, an A Misdemeanor.

The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted in conjunction with The Greene County District Attorney’s Office into reports that DELCASTILLO altered paperwork that had been submitted to a public office in the Village of Catskill. It is alleged that in September 2015 DELCASTILLO did submit the forms and had knowledge that they had been altered.

DELCASTILLO was arraigned in the Village of Catskill Court and remanded to the Greene County Jail on $5,000 Cash Bail / $10,000 Secured Bond.
