07/13/16 – The New York State Police, Highland BCI announce the arrest of 31 year old Lindsey Scott, of Hyde Park, NY, for Criminal Facilitation in the Fourth Degree (a class A misdemeanor).
On 07/12/16, the New York State Police – Highland BCI arrested Lindsey Scott subsequent to an investigation where it was found that Scott assisted her boyfriend, Joseph Sucato, in violating an active order of protection that was issued against him for his recent arrest for Sexual Abuse in the First Degree. Scott was found to have assisted Sucato in relaying messages to the victim, in violation of a duly served order of protection. Scott’s actions and assistance facilitated Sucato’s commission of the crime of Aggravated Family Offense (a class E felony offense).
Scott was processed by SP Highland and subsequently released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Hyde Park Court on 07/28/16 at 6pm.
