Buckle Up NY campaign in the Park Detail Held in Westchester County

On Saturday, July 9, 2016 as part of the Buckle Up NY campaign the New York State Police, in conjunction with the New York State State Park Police, held a seatbelt checkpoint at the entrance to the FDR Park from the Taconic State Parkway in Westchester County.
As a result of this detail the following traffic tickets were issued:
43 – child restraint violations
16 – seatbelt violations
4 – other violations
