Man from Ohio arrested for Forcible Touching

On July 4, 2016 the NYSP at SP Ellenville responded to the CYM Camp located on State Route 209 in the Town of Wawarsing for an alleged assault investigation.
Initial investigation revealed two females walking to the bathroom on the Campgrounds were approached by a male subject who touched their breasts.
Further investigation revealed Andrii V. Liakhovetskyi, who was also staying at the Campgrounds, was going to the bathroom and when he saw the two females in question, he put his hand out touching the breast of each female as they were walking away from him.
Andrii V. Liakhovetskyi was processed for Forcible Touching and was issued a appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Wawarsing Court on July 8, 2016 at 8:30 a.m.
