The New York State Police at Ellenville announce the arrest of Robert Padilla JR, a 46 year old from Walden, New York for Grand Larceny 4th, a Felony.
On June 3, 2016 Members of SP Ellenville, investigated a complaint where Padilla a tow truck operator stole over $1500 from his employer.
On July 1, 2016 Robert Padilla JR was located and arrested for Grand Larceny 4th. Padilla was processed at SP Ellenville and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Marlborough Court on July 12, 2016 at 6:00 PM.
