On Sunday, June 26, 2016 the New York State Police in Haverstraw arrested KIRA YOUNG (34) of Albany, NY for criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree. During a traffic stop on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the Town of Orangetown she was found to possess a set of brass knuckles while previously being convicted of a crime. She was additionally charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. She was arraigned in the Town of Orangetown Court and remanded to Rockland County Jail on $10,000.00 bail.
