Two Columbia County men arrested for possessing

stolen property subsequent to trespass complaint

Kinderhook, New York – On June 13, 2016, New York State Police from Livingston arrested Joseph P. Drabick, 35 years old of Ghent, New York, for Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree, and Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree, all Misdemeanors.

On June 13, 2016 Troopers were dispatched to Keegan Brothers located on State Route 9H in Kinderhook to investigate a Trespassing complaint in-progress.  Following an investigation conducted by responding members, it was discovered that Drabick had stolen automotive parts and copper pipe.  It was also discovered that Drabick did not act alone.  A second suspect, David A Feller, 48 years old, of Hudson, New York, was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, a Class E Felony, Possession of Burglar Tools, a Class A Misdemeanor, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree, a Class B Misdemeanor.  Feller had fled the scene prior to police arrival.  He was located several hours later on Kinderhook Street and placed in custody.

Both defendants were arraigned in the Town of Kinderhook Court before the Honorable David Dellehunt.  Drabick was remanded to the Columbia County Jail without bail.  Feller was remanded to the Columbia County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
