State Police in Cortlandt arrest New Jersey man
as fugitive from justice

Cortlandt, New York – The New York State Police at Cortlandt announce the arrest of Lincoln Balfour, age 29, of East Orange, New Jersey. Pursuant to a traffic stop conducted on May 24, 2016 on Croton Avenue, the defendant was found to be a fugitive from justice as a result of a Bench Warrant issued by a New Jersey Superior Court Judge.
Balfour was arraigned by the Town of Yorktown Court and remanded to Westchester County Jail without bail, pending extradition proceedings in Westchester County Court in White Plains, New York.
