Shannon Fletcher of Pine Plains was one of the 455 graduates of SUNY Cobleskill on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the college’s 98th commencement exercises. She received her bachelor’s degree in agricultural business. The commencement address was given by Richard A. Ball, commissioner of NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets.
