PRESS RELEASE

Millerton, New York – On May 11, 2016, New York State Police from the Dover Plains barracks arrested 21-year-old Tiffany m. Decker of Millerton, New York, for Grand Larceny in the 3rdDegree, a Class D Felony.

On May 10, 2016, Troopers were dispatched to a Simmons Street home located in the Village of Millerton for a reported burglary.  Pursuant to a detailed investigation, it was discovered that Decker had stolen approximately $20,000 from a family member who allowed her to stay at her home on several occasions.

The defendant was arraigned in the Town of North East Court before the Honorable Judge McCabe and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail I lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.  She is scheduled to reappear in the North East Court on May 16, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.
