Kerhonkson man arrested for Reckless Endangerment 2nd and Criminal Mischief 4th

PRESS RELEASE

  New York State Police at Ellenville announce the arrest of Arthur C. Roe Jr., age 30 for Reckless Endangerment 2^nd, a Misdemeanor and Criminal Mischief 4^th, a Misdemeanor.
On May 8, 2016 Arthur Roe and another individual got into a verbal argument outside of Arthur Roe’s residence. During the argument the other individual got into his vehicle attempting leave. Arthur Roe retrieved a CO2 powered BB handgun from his residence, fired at the vehicle as it was pulling away, shattering two rear windows of the vehicle.
Arthur Roe was arrest for Reckless Endangerment 2^nd and Criminal Mischief 4^th and was released on an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Wawarsing Court on May 13, 2016 at 8:30am.
