ANGELI, Andree A. of Gulfport, passed away peacefully at home May 3, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. She was a resident of Gulfport since 1982. She loved family birthdays or any excuse for a family gathering. She enjoyed the twice-weekly breakfasts at the Gulfport Diner with good friends and neighbors Merle, Dean, Betty, Ralph and Bobbi where she could tell a good joke and have good conversation. What frustrated her in the last few years was losing the ability to hear well. She is survived by her two sons, Gerard Deslandes and wife, Rosanna of Holmes, NY, and Philip Deslandes and wife, Christina of St. Petersburg; six grandchildren, Jerry Deslandes (Lyn) of Pawling, NY, Paul Deslandes of Holmes, NY, Marc Deslandes of White Plains, NY, Michele Deslandes of Carmel, NY, Andrew Deslandes (Mariana) and Steven Deslandes, both of St. Petersburg; and five great-grandchildren, Jerry Jr, Antonio, and Ricky Deslandes of Pawling, NY, Madison and Avery Deslandes of St. Petersburg. There is a Memorial Mass at 10 am, Saturday, May 14 in the chapel at St. Jude’s Cathedral, 5815 5th Ave No., St. Petersburg.
