On April 27, 2016 the New York State Police at Kingston arrested Frank Kondratowicz, age 63, of Woodstock, NY for one count of Burglary in the 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony.
A New York State Police investigation found Kondratowicz unlawfully entered a neighbor’s residence and stole property from the residence in the Town of Woodstock.
Kondratowicz was arraigned by Town of Woodstock Justice Husted and released after posting $1,000.00 cash bail. Kondratowicz was ordered to reappear in the Town of Woodstock Court at a later date.
