City of Kingston Man Arrest for Unlawful Surveillance

PRESS RELEASE

On April 26, 2016 the New York State Police at Kingston arrested Raul DeJesus Alarcon Martinez, age 31of Kingston, NY for one count of Unlawful Surveillence in the 2nd Degree, a Class E Felony.

A New York State Police investigation found Martinez utilized a cellphone to record female coworkers as they utilized the restroom at their place of employment in the Town of Ulster. The restroom was only utilized by employees and not available to the public.

Martinez was arraigned by Town of Ulster Justice Kesick and released on his own recognizance and ordered to reappear in the Town of Ulster Court at a later date.
