State Police at Liberty Make Arrest in Fallsburg Burglary

PRESS RELEASE
On Monday April 18, 2016 State Police at Liberty arrested Samir Pelinovic, age 44 of Ellenville, NY after an investigation into a burglary of a Fallsburg residence. On December 22, 2015 a homeowner reported to State Police that their home had been broken into and approximately $1500 in currency was stolen. The investigation determined that Pelinovic entered the residence by breaking a rear window.
Pelinovic was charged with Burglary 2nd Degree, a felony. He was arraigned in the Town of Fallsburg Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail with bail set at $5000 cash/$15,000 bond.
