State Police arrest Marlboro man for Identity Theft

PRESS RELEASE


The New York State Police at Monroe announce the arrest of Anthony Adolino, age 44 of Marlboro, NY for Identity Theft in the Second Degree which is a Class E Felony.

In March of 2015, Adolino assumed the identity of a relative in order to obtain a monetary benefit.  Adolino was additionally charged with Petit Larceny and Unlawful Possession of Personal Identification Information, both Class A Misdemeanors.

Adolino was released on an Appearance Ticket to return to the Town of Highlands Court on April 27th at 10:00am.
