Rosemary Theresa (McGrath) Irwin, 71, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2016 at The Grand of Pawling.
A life-time resident of Pawling, Rosemary was born in Pawling on September 9, 1944 to Callistus P. and Marcella E. (Sheridan) McGrath. She graduated from Pawling High School in 1963 and was a mail department clerk at Guideposts in Carmel, NY.
Rosemary enjoyed reading magazines and newspaper obituaries.
Rosemary is predeceased by her husband, William Irwin, who passed away in 1996, and her brother, Jack McGrath.
She is survived by her brother, Thomas McGrath and his wife, Sigrid; her sisters. Elizabeth Grogan and Catherine Roberts and her husband, Peter, all of Pawling, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Family and friends may pay their respects at the Horn & Thomes, Inc. Funeral Home, 83 East Main Street, Pawling, 83 East Main Street, Pawling, NY Friday, April 15th from 6-8 PM.
A graveside service will be conducted on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 10 AM in St. John’s Cemetery, East Street, Pawling.
