The New York State Police, Highland BCI announce the arrest of 29 year old Adam J. Robinson, who is currently incarcerated at Shawangunk Correctional Facility in Wallkill, NY for two counts of Promoting Prison Contraband in the First Degree (a class D felony).
On 03/16/16 Shawangunk Correctional Facility staff advised that two improvised knives, one manufactured from a can lid and the other being a sharpened piece of raw metal, were located in Robinson’s personal cell and were found to be concealed within the binding of a hard cover book.
Robinson remains at Shawangunk Correctional Facility and will be arraigned in the Town of Shawangunk Court on future date.
