State Police arrest Coxsackie man for assaulting children

PRESS RELEASE

     On 03/24/16 The New York State Police at Catskill report the arrest of MANUAL RIVERA – BAEZ, age 55, of Coxsackie, NY for the charges of Assault in the third Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, Endangering Welfare of a Child, a class A Misdemeanor and 2 counts of Harassment in the second degree.

RIVERA – BAEZ was arrested after the investigation into a domestic dispute where he allegedly subjected two females to physical contact and caused physical injury to a 7 year old male that was not related to him.

RIVERA – BAEZ was arraigned before Town of Coxsackie Justice Dorpfeld and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $$2500.00 cash bail or $$5000.00 bond.
