State Police Monroe arrest two for Grand Larceny

On March 24, 2016 the New York State Police in Monroe arrested Tracy L. Alsdorf, age 54, of Rock Tavern and Pietro Devito, age 66, of Monroe, NY for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree.
Alsdorf, an employee of Home Depot located in Monroe, NY, and Devito, a customer, stole several items from the store over a three week span. Four separate transaction were made from February 7 thru February 27, 2016 where Alsdorf would scan items at the cash register that Devito wanted to purchase. The items were either not paid for by Devito or the sticker price was changed to a lower price at the cash register. The total cash value of items stolen was $1,733.92.
Aldsorf and Devito were issued an appearance ticket and will return on a later date in the Town of Monroe Justice Court.
