- The annual community basketball shootout, sponsored by the Carmel Rotary Club and CHS Interact Club, takes place on Saturday, March 12 from 9am to 12 noon in the CHS Gym. day to like & share the KPS video, “Students in Our Class Know How to Keep Swimming.” Your participation will give KPS 3rd graders in Mrs. Burnell and Mr. Tompkins’ class a chance to see the movie “Finding Dory,” as a gift from Ellen DeGeneres. The movie has special meaning for the Burnell/Tompkins students, both past and present, because Nemo is the class mascot and serves to motivate and inspire children–especially when life gets hard. To illustrate this, the class created a video and wrote to Ellen DeGeneres asking for her help. You too can help–make the video go viral to really catch Ellen DeGeneres’ attention! IMPORTANT!
