State Police in Poughkeepsie arrest Verbank man for Felony DWI

LaGrange, New York – On February 28, 2016, New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Jason D. Billups, 37 years old, of Verbank, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony.
Billups was stopped by police on State Route 55 for failing to maintain his designated lane of travel and found to be intoxicated. He was charged with Felony DWI when a criminal history revealed a previous DWI related conviction from 2008.
The defendant is scheduled to appear before the Town of LaGrange Justice Court on March 15, 2016.
