MICHAEL P. BALBUENA is wanted by the New York State Police in Oneonta. In 2009, Balbuena used a stolen credit card from a monastery to buy over $1,000 in merchandise in Otego, NY. Balbuena was arrested but has missed court dates. In 2012, the Town of Otego Court issued a bench warrant for his arrest. BALBUENA has a tattoo of a skull on his right bicep.

Wanted for petit larceny, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle 3rd degree, criminal mischief 4th degree
Stanley Davis is wanted on the above charges for defrauding homeowners. Davis promised to do repair jobs, collected money, then did not show up to do the work. In one case, Davis promised to have work done on a vehicle and did not return the vehicle. An investigation revealed he used the vehicle to collect scrap metal and damaged the vehicle. A warrant was issued for his arrest out of Town of Newburgh Court. Davis also has a warrant for his arrest from SP Ellenville for Aggravated DWI.

Wanted for unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd degree, criminal possession of stolen property 5th degree, criminal mischief 4th degree, reckless endangerment 2nd degree, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving
James M. Dunlavey is wanted on an Arrest Warrant issued from the Town of Pittstown Court. He also faces 16 traffic tickets from the same incident. In June 2015, Dunlavey fled Troopers who attempted to make a traffic stop. Dunlavey crashed and was airlifted for medical treatment. Days later, he fled the hospital to avoid the charges facing him. He also has warrants from two additional areas for larceny and resisting arrest. Dunlavey has ties to NY, NJ, and VT.

JAMES JOSEPH is wanted by the New York State Police on a bench warrant for Driving While Intoxicated. On December 12, 2010, Joseph was traveling on the New York State Thruway when he was stopped by State Police for speeding. During the course of the Trooper’s investigation it was determined that Joseph was intoxicated.

Charlene Rodriguez is wanted by the New York State Police and Nassau County First District Court for the above charges. In 2015, Ms. Rodriguez was stopped by troopers for speeding on the Southern State Parkway. Rodriguez was operating a tan GMC at the time of her arrest. The defendant’s last known address is Bay Shore, NY.

PAUL ZANETTE is wanted by the New York State Police and the Town of Beekman Court following a domestic incident reported to police in January of 2016. Zanette violated a full stay away court order of protection during a physical domestic disturbance. In addition, he prevented the victim from contacting 911 for police assistance. The Town of Beekman Court issued a warrant ordering Zanette’s arrest in February of 2016.
