Town of Gardiner man arrested for possession of child pornography.

The New York State Police at Highland announce the arrest of 39 year old Kevin J. Domer of Gardiner, NY, for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child (a class E felony).
On Wednesday, February 17, 12016 the New York State Police conducted a search warrant on the residence of Kevin J. Domer subsequent to an investigation conducted by the computer crimes unit. Electronic devices were secured as a result of the execution of the warrant. An additional investigation revealed that Domer possessed a digital video depicting a female child less than 16 years of age engaging in a sexual performance. On February 23, Domer was charged and processed on one count of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child.
Domer was arraigned at the Town of Gardiner Court before Town Justice Rich where he was released on his own recognizance with a return date of March 3, 2016 at 5:00pm.
