New York State Police at Monroe Arrest Middletown Man for Grand Larceny

PRESS RELEASE

The New York State Police at Monroe announce the arrest of Michael H. Smith, age 42 of Middletown, NY for Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree.

An investigation by the State Police at Monroe revealed that SMITH stole about $20,000.00 from residence in the Town of Warwick sometime between February 10thto February 13th. Further investigation revealed that SMITH possessed the money at local hotel in the Middletown, NY area on Tuesday February 16th and was subsequently arrested for Grand Larceny 3rd

Smith was arraigned in the Town of Warwick Court and remanded to the Orange County Jail on Bail pending a future court date.
