Wappinger man arrested subsequent to domestic disturbance

Wappinger, New York – On February 12, 2016, New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested 52-year-old Joseph G. Todaro of Wappinger, New York, for Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, a Class E Felony. The arrest was made in connection with a domestic dispute that occurred on January 31, 2016, involving damage to two vehicles at a residence in the Town of Wappinger.
Todaro was arraigned before the Town of LaGrange Justice Court and released on $4,000 cash bail. He is due to appear in the Town of Wappinger Court on February 17, 2016.
