Family members arrested for assaulting another couple

PRESS RELEASE

On 02/08/16, New York State Police at Catskill responded to an altercation at Stone Gate Mobil Home Park. An investigation into the incident resulted in the arrests of ALYSSA MCINTOSH age 18, DAVID MCINTOSH age 19 and ELISA MCINTOSH age 43, all of Catskill, NY.
ALYSSA MCINTOSH was charged with Assault 2nd, a class D Felony, Criminal Mischief 3rd, a class E felony, Menacing 2nd, a class A Misdemeanor, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th, a class A Misdemeanor, and Reckless Endangerment 2nd, a class A Misdemeanor. It is alleged that she possessed a baseball bat that she used to threaten and assault a female subject during the dispute. She also caused damage to a vehicle that was at the scene. The victim of this assault was transported to Columbia Memorial Hospital where she was treated for lacerations and contusions prior to being released.
ELSA MCINTOSH and DAVID MCINTOSH were each charged with Harassment 2nd, a violation for hitting and pulling the hair of the victim during the dispute.
Following her arrest, ALYSSA MCINTOSH was arraigned before T/J Wooten in the Town of Catskill Court and was released on her own recognizance. MCINTOSH has a return date of 2/23/16 at the Town of Catskill Court at 6:00 pm. ELSA and DAVID MCINTOSH were issued appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Catskill Court on 02/23/16.
